Transom Trust has just published our Half Year report covering from 1st October 2021 to 31st March 2022. It shows that: “in the last 6 months, there have been some big changes across Transom Trust life, including with our residents and pastoral support team. We have done our best to adapt to these changes to:
  • overcome tough challenges;
  • develop our provision in Bexhill;
  • and ensure all of our residents continue to receive high quality accommodation and support”.
For accountability reasons. we have sent this report to our key partners – Green Pastures, and Hastings and Rother Councils – to show that we remain committed to:
  • providing high quality accommodation and support for our residents, so they can progress towards independent living;
  • and to working positively with other related agencies and authorities to ensure all exempt/supported housing regulations are met.
  • Highlights include Transom:
  • taking on new residents and pastoral support team volunteers;
  • seeing some residents either getting work, paying off debts, or moving to alternative accommodation;
  • receiving funding to extend the project manager contract;
  • and progressing our plans to extend the provision of supported housing in Bexhill.
If you want to be encouraged – or just enjoy a good read – please ask for a copy of the report by e-mailing us on
